It describes the services Keltos Group LLC offers and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer to lease, a lease, a management agreement, or professional advice. An agreement exists only once both sides sign one.

Do not attempt to gain access to the staff area or any account that is not yours, interfere with the site’s operation, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it to send anything unlawful. The staff area is for authorized Keltos Group staff only.

The text, images, and the Keltos Group name and logo on this site belong to Keltos Group LLC or are used with permission. You may read, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Everything else needs our written permission.

Where we link to another organization, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not displace the landlord-tenant law of the state where a property is located, which continues to apply to that tenancy.
